E' ampio monospace completamente ristrutturato nel 2021 e finemente arredato da noto architetto torinese con finiture interne di lusso e carattere, grazie ad una palette cromatica ricercata. Il palazzo, costruito nel 1675, è stato completamente ristrutturato nelle parti comuni nel 2010 ed è in perfetto stato di manutenzione. La location è silenziosissima e riservata ma caratterizzata dalla presenza di tutti i servizi, ristoranti, supermercati, mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Il LoftOne è situato al piano terreno, vi si accede, senza discontinuità altezze, da uno splendido cortile d’epoca, illuminato di notte. Il LoftOne è composto da un ingresso con zona studio, ampissimo locale voltato monospace con zona cucina, zona giorno e zona notte, antibagno a guardaroba e bagno lussuoso. The building, built in 1675, was completely renovated in the common areas in 2010 and is in a perfect state of maintenance. The central area is adjacent to the main shopping streets, and is very convenient to the Egyptian Museum, the Royal Palace and the other city museums, all within walking distance. The location is very quiet and reserved but characterized by the presence of all services, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport. The LoftOne is located on the ground floor, it is accessed, without discontinuity heights, from a splendid period courtyard, illuminated at night. The LoftOne consists of an entrance hall with a study area, a very large vaulted monospace room with a kitchen area, a living and sleeping area, a dressing room with a wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom. The property is also equipped with a stage lighting system, fiber internet line, programmable autonomous heating, Smart TV and video intercom. Parties, pets and subletting are not allowed.
