Please note that a fee will be charged at the moment of confirming the apartment, the fee corrisponds to a 10% + VAT of the total cost of the length of your stay and has to be paid directly to the landlord. We provide you a total Assistance&Support during all your stay.
This fee, plus all the additional costs described in the apartment costs and in our reservation form, for example the security deposit and the final cleaning service, are mandatory and must be paid by the tenant right after confirming the apartment through housinganywhere and before check-in, following the instructions of our reservation form that we will send , otherwise the booking will not be finalized.

Cozy three-room apartment located at 24 San Marco Street in the Moscova area (subway station 300 m away). The 75 sq. m. apartment is located on the second floor inside the courtyard of a beautiful milanese building and consists of a double bedroom, a study/second bedroom with wide double sofa bed and a desk, a living room with open kitchen and a service space with washing machine, a bathroom with shower and a loft used as storage room.
