The house is located in a beautifully situated place (Morrone del Sannio) between the sea and the mountains. On the ground floor there is a wine cellar. The house is rented furnished as shown in the photos (new fitted kitchen), it is equipped with gas central heating (can be lived in without any problems in winter). The house has two small balconies. In the immediate vicinity of the house (behind the church, 50 meters from the house) there is a small park with trees, flowers and benches where you can sit comfortably.
