Our studio is a cozy and functional open-plan apartment, ideal for students and young professionals seeking a mid-term rental in Turin. It features a kitchenette, private bathroom, a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table.

Located just 200 meters from Porta Nuova train station and directly across from Marconi Metro, the studio is perfectly connected to universities, workplaces and the city center. Despite being in San Salvario, a lively historic neighborhood full of restaurants and nightlife, the apartment overlooks an internal courtyard, making it a quiet and peaceful place to live, study and rest.

The studio is equipped with heating, air conditioning, WiFi, television and washing machine, ensuring convenience and practicality for longer stays. Its position makes it particularly suitable for those arriving by train and wishing to move easily on foot or by metro.
For colleagues or friends who wish to stay close to each other while maintaining their privacy, we also manage a second adjacent apartment (Studio A), which can be rented together with this one.

Costs:
Rent 850
The security deposit is equivalent to one months rent for stays of up to 6 months, and two months rent for longer stays (you pay at check-in and we give it back to you at check-out in case of no damage)
Cleaning fee 100 (to be paid at check-in to cover final cleaning)
