Descrizione

The building is ideally located near the Cielo Alto slope and lift, offering ski-in/ski-out access. While the ski-out is easy and suitable for most levels, the ski-in includes an off-piste section through the woods, recommended only for confident parallel skiers. Guests who prefer not to ski through the woods usually stop at the bottom of the slope and walk approximately 80 meters uphill to reach the flat. Please check the ski area and slope levels before planning your route.

Bedrooms.
There are three main designated bedrooms, the Main Bedroom, the Long Bedroom and the Mezzanine Bedroom.

Please note that the Snug Room and the Mezzanine Bedroom are located off the entrance hall to the right, slightly separate from the rest of the apartment. WE EMPHASIZE THAT THESE TWO ROOMS HAVE LOW CEILINGS (WITH A MAXIMUM OF 155 CM HEIGHT)

Living Room/dining area.
The main Living Room has a balcony (mostly for summer use) with what we believe is the best view in Cervinia, a dining area with a table that seats 8 but can be adjusted to seat up to 12, and a seating area for relaxing, talking or watching the wall-mounted TV (with Chromecast). There is also a remote-controlled realistic flame-effect electric fire which can warm the room up quickly and make it look and feel very cosy.

Kitchen.
There is a fully-functioning and well-equipped open plan kitchen at one end of the living room, with a full sized oven and induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and dishwasher, with plenty of storage for food and kitchen equipment.

Bathrooms.
There is a good-sized main bathroom with an excellent shower. In addition, there is a second WC with a sink next to the main bathroom.

Entrance Hall.
Spacious private entrance hall with enough storage to hang all your coats and store your outdoor shoes/boots and keys. There are stairs up to the Mezzanine area and a separate door through to the Living Room and Kitchen.

Utility Room.
At the back of the Long Bedroom, there is a large Utility Room with storage space for your luggage, a washer/dryer, particularly useful for families with young children, and spare equipment you might need during your stay (i.e. extra kitchen equipment, baby equipment, adapters, iron etc.). Please note that this area has a low ceiling too.

Private Garage and private Ski Boot Room.
On level -1 in the underground car park, there is a private car garage space (no. 68), with a private lockable Ski Boot Room at the back for all your ski boots, skis, sticks, snowboards and helmets and in summer, space for your mountain bikes. In winter, this is equipped with Ski/snow board racks and driers for up to 6 pairs of ski boots.
