1 The ADMINISTRATION FEE requested in the listing is different from the "tenant protection fee" asked by HousingAnywhere. The administration fee must be paid at check-in IN CASH.
2 The DEPOSIT is mandatory and must be paid at check-in IN CASH .
3 The OTHER required cost is the last month of the stay, which also has to be paid at check-in IN CASH. If these payments are not made at check-in in the above-mentioned manner, keys will not be delivered.

ATTENTION! The Deposit is reimbursed at the end of your stay within a WEEK from check out.
