On the rolling green hills of Santa Luce just 30 minutes drive from the Etruscan coast.

Villa Eunice stands in a very quiet and shaded green area. There is a short unpaved road to reach the house, approx 1 km, and the villa stands on the panoramic side of the hill, with private swimming pool.

The villa is on two levels for a total of 300 sqm and surrounded by almost 4000 sqm (1 acre) of land and garden.

On the land there are 165 olive trees which produce over 120 liters of excellent which has won the prize of best quality by Fortnum and Mason in London. Also a small vineyard which used to produce some good quality wine and all the necessary instrument to produce it again are in the cellar.

Nice recently restored cellar on the lower ground floor under excellent for wine storage and bar.

There is also a garage and a pizza oven.

The landscape of the area is that of a Tuscan postcard, with gentle rolling hills with centuries-old olive groves, rows of vineyards, and multicoloured cereal and fodder crops.

Santa Luce has become known in recent years for its wonderful lavender fields. This is a perfect destination to regenerate, among rolling hills, ancient traditions and “spiritual” places.
