From the apartment you can easily reach by foot all places of interest starting from the train station (800m), the Duomo (800m) as well as the Oltrarno just few minutes away. Part of the charm of the area is given by the vicinity to the river Arno and it's walkable side.

The train station is only a 15 minutes walk away or a brief taxi ride.
