The flat is in the historical centre, 2 minutes from via Tornabuoni where the Marangoni School is located and 5 minutes from the Duomo and Santa Maria Novella Station. It is easy to get around by bike and public transport (trains, Sita, tramway, bus) are within 5 minutes to 3 minutes. The flat is on the third floor without lift in a very quiet building of 3 floors. Two are the characteristics of the flat: the address is in the centre in the elegant area but also not far from the markets where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables, but there are also supermarkets, clubs where you can entertain pleasantly; the house is pleasant and comfortable with a taste all Florentine and very bright.

In addition, there is another room located in a landing upstairs with a desk (very small but windowed) and another single bed. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with all the services, a spacious living room and a full accessorized kitchen together with a dining area. There is a small room with washing machine.
