Situated on the ground floor, the apartment features one bedroom and a bright living room to comfortably accommodate a group of 4. The well-furnished living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a chest of drawers and an elegantly arranged dining table set with pleasing outside views.

Upon entering, you will find a corridor leading you to the balcony which is also equipped with a table and chairs for you to sip your lazy morning coffees or dine alfresco. Guests have access to a shared garden as well. The apartment has a well-organized modern kitchen that provides utilities like an induction hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, an oven, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer.
