The apartment is located in a modern building near the Santa Maria Novella train station and in front of one of the most convenient tram stops connecting the airport to the historic center.

There is a washing machine and the kitchen is equipped with the basics to prepare Tuscan lunches or dinners! A microwave oven is also provided.

The living area consists of a living room and a kitchen, with a comfortable sofa bed where two guests can be accommodated, there is a television, a dining table and a bright large terrace.

Two bedrooms with two single beds each, which can become double beds if necessary, with a large wardrobe suitable for even long stays, in total 6 beds.

The bathroom has cozy lighting; it is equipped with a large shower and a bidet; you will find a hairdryer, soap and shampoo, towels. Wifi, hot/cold AC.
