The security deposit is equivalent to one months rent for stays of up to 6 months, and two months rent for longer stays (you pay at check-in and we give it back to you at check-out in case of no damage)

Administration fee: 12% of total stay (ex: if you stay 6 months you pay 12% of 700x6, that is 504; if you stay 12 months you pay 1008)+VAT
