We are looking for a reliable tenant for our 5th floor apartment without elevator for a period from February 2026 until the end of the year, in the Aurora area of Turin.
We are flexible on the start date, but we need someone who will stay until at least the end of the year.
It is a bright, recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment with a spacious modern kitchen, separate living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, with entrance from the balcony with a gate for security. Suitable for a couple or two friends who would like to share an apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished, with a washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, and a new boiler with thermostat.
The apartment is completely self-contained with independent heating/hot water, gas, and electricity, which is smart because you can easily manage your costs. All windows and doors have triple-glazed, shatterproof glass to ensure energy efficiency and sound insulation. The entire apartment is equipped with a wired music system, so you can listen to music independently in every room of the apartment. The flooring is 100% oak. The apartment has perfect sun exposure, with morning light hitting the two bedrooms and afternoon/sunset light entering the kitchen and living room. Breathtaking views of the mountains.
The apartment is located in the Aurora area. It is a 3-minute walk from Lidl, 20 meters from tram stop 4, a 2-minute walk from the park, MC Fit gym, and shops, a 10-minute walk from BricoCenter, a 5-minute walk from Balon Market and Porta Palazzo market, and a 2-minute walk from the public swimming pool.
As the apartment is already fully furnished, no furniture or pets are allowed. As mentioned, the apartment is perfect for 2 friends, singles, or a couple.
As this is our home, we are looking for someone who is extremely reliable and who will take care of our apartment as if it were their own.

The asking price is 750 EUR and does not include utilities (gas, heating/hot water, electricity, building fees).
