Composed of a large entrance hall, a bright living room with a sofa bed, TV and a balcony. A fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and chests of drawers and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and window.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed, TV corner and WiFi.
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Pero stop on the red M1 metro line and in 20 minutes you can reach Piazza Duomo with the same metro.
Monthly rates:
• 1.100,00€ for monthly rent
• 150,00€ for building fees
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.450,00€
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.100€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.
Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.
IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement directly to the property and pay the first installment directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
