This large one-bedroom apartment is located in a strategic area of Milan, right at the start of Via Mac Mahon, just minutes from the Sempione district and well connected to the rest of the city. The unit features a welcoming living area with a sofa, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (including oven, stove, fridge, and cooking essentials).

The bedroom is bright and spacious, furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a TV, and a desk—ideal for students or remote workers. The bathroom, with a window, includes a modern shower. There's also a storage/laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00.

The detailed costs are:
- RENTAL: 1.500€/month;
- Utilities (electricity, gas, water and WiFi): 250€/month;
- CONDOMINIUM FEES: 200€/month;
TOTAL: 1.950€/month.

COSTS TO BE PAID ONE TIME:
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.500€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
Linen is not included.

Via Mac Mahon is located in a quiet, residential area well served by shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies. It’s close to Corso Sempione and Chinatown, both within walking distance, and offers access to green areas such as Parco Montestella and Parco Nicolò Savarino.
Public transportation is excellent:
- Trams 1 and 12 stop right outside
- Buses 57 and 90/91 are within steps
- Milano Domodossola train station and M5 Gerusalemme metro are reachable in 10–12 minutes on foot

Distances to Milan’s Major Universities:
- Politecnico di Milano – Bovisa Campus: about 15 minutes by tram + train from Domodossola, or directly by bus 92
- Politecnico di Milano – Città Studi: around 30–35 minutes using tram + metro (M1 + M2)
- Università Cattolica: approx. 25 minutes via tram 1 to Cadorna, then a short walk
- Università Statale (city center): approx. 30 minutes with tram + metro
- Bocconi University: approx. 35 minutes by metro and surface transport

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
