LEASE AGREEMENT:

PAYMENTS: Once the reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to settle the security deposit, which we will refund 30 days after check-out and the cost of initial and final cleaning (mandatory cost that starts from €250.00 + 150 registration) which varies depending on the size of the apartment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
1) reservations of duration 1-3 months: deposit equal to 1 month's rent
2) bookings of duration 3-6 months: deposit equal to 1.5 months' rent
3) reservations of 6+ months duration: deposit equal to 2 months rent
