Miuccia 7 è un bilocale accogliente, moderno e ben organizzato composto da:
- Camera da letto matrimoniale: ambiente molto tranquillo con affaccio sul cortile interno. La camera è dotata di letto matrimoniale, armadio capiente, cassettiera e due finestre con oscuranti
- Zona living: nel soggiorno, che può essere usato anche come seconda camera, troviamo: divano letto matrimoniale (3 posti a sedere), zona pranzo per 4 persone, Smart TV 4K, finestra con affaccio interno e parete attrezzata con libreria.
- Cucina attrezzata a vista con piano cottura a gas, forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero con freezer e macchina del caffè. Dalla cucina si accede a un piccolo balcone interno.
- Bagno moderno con accesso autonomo (non en-suite). Dotato di: doccia, bidet, lavatrice, lavandino singolo e asciugacapelli.
- Comfort aggiuntivi: l'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata (split in sala che rinfresca tutto l’appartamento), riscaldamento autonomo a gas, zanzariere, Wi-Fi fibra, area lavoro dedicata (scrivania in camera), ferro, asse da stiro e stendibiancheria.

Costi Extra Soggiorno
Oltre al canone di locazione, sono previsti i seguenti costi:
- Deposito cauzionale, restituito a fine soggiorno in assenza di danni.
- Pulizia finale dell'alloggio: €150.
- Quota mensile di gestione: €150, che include:
• Supporto per ogni necessità.
• Registrazione del contratto presso l'Agenzia delle Entrate.
• Allestimento con biancheria da letto, da bagno e kit di accoglienza.
• Manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
• Assistenza 7/7 per emergenze.
Confermata la prenotazione, riceverete un'e-mail con il riepilogo e i contratti da firmare:
- Contratto Breve: Regola il pagamento fatto sulla piattaforma
- Contratto di Servizi : Definisce la gestione del soggiorno da parte del Property Manager.
- Contratto di Locazione Transitoria: Tra l'ospite ed il proprietario di casa.
Prima dell'accesso, sarà necessario:
- Firmare i contratti.
- Registrarsi al link ricevuto con i propri documenti.
- Versare gli importi richiesti
Nota Bene: Il codice fiscale (Tax Code) è obbligatorio per registrare il contratto transitorio e deve essere richiesto in Ambasciata o presso l'Agenzia delle Entrate entro 30 giorni dall'ingresso, per evitare sanzioni.

Miuccia 7 is a bright one-bedroom apartment located on the raised first floor of a 1930s building. The space has been designed to offer functionality, brightness, and comfort, combining original features with modern details.
Strategic location in the Fondazione Prada | Scalo Romana area. The apartment is situated in one of Milan’s most dynamic and rapidly developing neighborhoods, close to Fondazione Prada, the Symbiosis district, and new restaurants, bars, and creative spaces.
Spacious and comfortable true one-bedroom apartment (57 m²), not the typical compact layout.
Modern amenities for long stays and smart working: fiber Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, and mosquito screens are just some of the comforts of this apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
Miuccia 7 is a cozy, modern, and well-organized one-bedroom apartment consisting of:
Master bedroom: a very quiet room overlooking the internal courtyard. It is furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two windows with blackout shades.
Living area: the living room, which can also be used as a second bedroom, includes a double sofa bed (seating for 3), dining area for 4 people, 4K Smart TV, window overlooking the inner courtyard, and a fitted wall with bookshelf.
Fully equipped open kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee machine. From the kitchen there is access to a small internal balcony.
Modern bathroom with independent access (not en-suite), equipped with shower, bidet, washing machine, single sink, and hairdryer.
Additional comforts: air conditioning (split unit in the living room cooling the entire apartment), independent gas heating, mosquito screens, fiber Wi-Fi, dedicated work area (desk in the bedroom), iron, ironing board, and drying rack.
The apartment is equipped with everything needed for short and medium-to-long stays.
Extra Stay Costs
In addition to the rent, the following costs apply:
Security deposit, refundable at the end of the stay in the absence of damages.
Final cleaning fee: €150.
Monthly management fee: €150, which includes:
- Support for any needs.
- Registration of the contract with the Italian Revenue Agency.
- Setup with bed linen, towels, and welcome kit.
- Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
- 7/7 emergency assistance.
- Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to be signed:
Short-Term Contract: regulates the payment made on the platform.
Service Contract: defines the management of the stay by the Property Manager.
Temporary Lease Contract: between the guest and the property owner.
Before check-in, it will be necessary to:
- Sign the contracts.
- Register via the link received using your identification documents.
- Pay the required amounts.
Please note: the Italian tax code (codice fiscale) is mandatory to register the temporary lease contract and must be requested at the Embassy or at the Italian Revenue Agency within 30 days of entry, to avoid penalties.
