Il quartiere Tuscolano si trova a sud est di Roma, a ridosso delle Mura Aureliane. Questa zona vede la presenza di tanti diversi stili architettonici ed è delimitata dal Parco degli Acquedotti, una vera oasi verde nonché preziosa testimonianza del patrimonio storico-archeologico di Roma. Il quartiere Tuscolano è altresì rinomato per i famosi studi cinematografici di Cinecittà ( 8 fermate della metro A raggiungi Cinecittà Studio ), il più importante centro di produzione dell'industria cinematografica italiana, inoltre la zona si presenta ricca di negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e bar; la Via Appia può essere considerata, dopo le strade chic del centro storico, una delle più importanti vie per lo shopping a Roma. Da non perdere il nuovo centro commerciale "Happio" in Via Appia 448, con oltre 30 negozi e ristoranti (aperto tutti i giorni, dalle 09.00 alle 21.00, ristoranti 10.00 -24.00, 7 giorni su 7).

The Tuscolano neighbourhood is located in the southeast of Rome, close to the Aurelian Walls. This area sees the presence of many different architectural styles. The Tuscolano is also renowned for the famous Cinecittà film studios (with only 8 stops on the metro A , you reach Cinecittà Studios ), the most important production centre of the Italian film industry. In addition, the area is full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars; the Via Appia can be considered, after the chic streets of the historical centre, one of the most important shopping streets in Rome. Not to be missed is the new shopping centre “Happio” on Via Appia 448, with more than 30 shops and restaurants (open daily, 09.00 - 21.00, restaurants 10.00 - 24.00, 7 days a week).
