The room is in a two bedroom apartment close to Milans city center and particularly convenient for Cattolica-Sacro Cuore, Bocconi and IULM Universities and for NABA, IED and DOMUS Academies.
Only one person for each room.
The flat (second floor with lift) consists of the entrance, two single bedrooms, a wide kitchen with dining area, bathroom, large closet for baggage and storeroom, a little balcony.
New and complete furniture; fully equipped kitchen; fridge; dishwasher; washing machine; vacuum cleaner; internet (cable and wi-fi); floor heating; TV; ironing set; bed linens, blankets, duvets and towels; security door.
A personal key for each rooms door is provided
The location (Via G. Washington) ranks among the best in Milan and will allow you to live within reach of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks, a station of public share-bicycles, laundries, hairdressers, pharmacies, etc.
Metro line n. 4 and Buses n. 50; 58; 61; 90; 91 stop nearby and allow you to easily reach Universities, Academies, and hotspots throughout the rest of the town.
-Rent: 1.000 euro/month all bills included (condominium, gas, water; electricity, internet, heating, garbage collection, and all kind of
taxes due by the tenant).
-Contract: The lease contract will be a written, formally registered, legally valid and all-inclusive one.
-Deposit: One month's rent; to be restituted at the end of the lease.
- Final professional sanitization, cleaning up and laundry will be charged 100,00 to be paid at check-out.
