The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant , one towel and linen change per guest , and final cleaning.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee .
Not included in the rental price:
City tax according to the municipal rules: City tax of 5,50 per person per night, for the first 7 nights of stay only for those over 12 years of age.

* If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional 72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
* If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional 72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Generally, we start with the contract preparation around a month before the client's check-in, meaning we would send a payment link for the payment via debit/credit card to the client at this time.
