Comfortable, bright and quiet 2 bedrooms apartment, on the third floor with elevator, with a balcony facing the quiet courtyard and another facing the beautiful neighborhood. The spacious living room has a double-sized sofa bed (turning into 2 single beds can be joined as double), TV, air conditioning, table and chairs. Bright fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, a side table with 2 foot-stools.

There is an elegant bed frame holding a queen-size bed in one room, along with a second full-sized sofa bed in the other bedroom. Both rooms come with a massive wardrobe offering you extra storage. There will be a desk in the master bedroom as well. It would be possible to switch the larger sofa bed of the living room with the white smaller one of the bedroom, in order to have 2 single beds or a queen size bed in that bedroom.

There is a large, unique bathroom with a shower, tub and bidet that splits the two bedrooms, the other bathroom, though not as spacious, has a washing machine. Doorman service at the entrance of the courtyard.

Area description
Safe residential area, just 16 minutes walking from Bocconi. Its near Navigli area, 15 minutes from Duomo directly by tram, therefore very convenient for Marangoni as well. 4 minutes walking from Tibaldi metro station. You can enjoy a nice walk watching cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighborhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. IULM, NABA and Cattolica are very close as well.
