Apartment - Via Rizzoli - Bologna

Comfortable and modern studio apartment in the heart of Bologna, in via Rizzoli, one of the most important arteries of the city, which connects Piazza Maggiore with the Two Towers. Most of the buses that go to the center stop here.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.

This comfortable studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a recently renovated period building, and it overlooks a quiet side street next to Via Rizzoli.

The flat opens onto the elegant day area, furnished with a sofa bed, a TV set and a 3-seater dining table; the kitchenette has microwave, toaster, hot stoves and dishwasher. The day area comes with parquet flooring and two balcony-style doors providing ample natural light.
There is a large bookcase between the living corner and the night area: it is as bright as the rest of the property and features a double bed.
A bathroom adjoins the night area and is fitted with basin, washing machine and crystal shower stall.

The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage) and doesn't cover the condominium expenses ( 100 per month), WiFi internet ( 40 per month) and bills (electricity and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of 60 will be paid monthly. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. No refunds will be due if the total bill is less than the monthly forfait. If your stay includes some days of the subsequent month, the forfait for the bills will be calculated pro rata.

Area:
The apartment is located in Bologna city centre, within walking distance of the main points of interest, such as the Accademia di Belle Arti, the Opera Theatre (Teatro Comunale), the Jewish
Ghetto and the Two Towers (Torre Garisenda and Torre degli Asinelli, approx. 5 min.); Via dellIndipendenza, a much sought-after shopping street in Bologna, is at 200 mt.
The area offers restaurants, trattorie, bars and cafés aplenty; moreover, there are some pharmacies, bakery and newsagents shops.

Public transport:
Via Rizzoli is very well-served: there are several bus lines running to Bologna Fair and to the railway station (15 minutes on foot).

Parking:
The apartment is located inside the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL) and an access ticket is requested. Via Rizzoli only allows the circulation of buses, taxis, handicap badges and residents. During the weekends, Via Rizzoli is pedestrian. The closest garages are located in Via Carbonara 2 (Garage San Pietro) and in Via Valdonica 4 (Autorimessa Piemonte).
You can opt for a monthly ticket respectively at 300/month and 200/month. Both garages are open 24h a day and provide the guests with remote control.

Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax that is not included in the price. 4,60 per person, per night. It is applied only to the first 5 nights.

Pets:
Pets are allowed ( 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).
