The other bedroom has a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is beautiful and very modern as well, with both shower and bath tub (Jacuzzi) and a window.
The washing machine is inside the laundry closet in the aisle facing the bathroom.

The apartment is for sale, so you may be asked to allow viewings with the real estate agent, but it will be at most once every two weeks. You will have the option to decline and propose alternative dates as close as possible to the requested date.
