This bedroom has a 140 cm wide bed, a desk, a wardrobe and its connected to the small balcony of the kitchen (used as storage room), facing the quiet inner courtyard. From the long corridor you can reach the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
The corridor is provided with mirrors and huge custom made wardrobes, offering you a slot of storage room for your clothes and belongings. At the end of the corridor there are the 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed and a desk. The second bathroom has a shower as well. AC and High speed internet connection.

Area description
Safe and very central residential area, just 2 minutes walking from Cattolica university and from Cadorna metro/train station. Very well connected by the public transports and very well serviced. Duomo square is just 15 minutes walking far. You can enjoy a nice walk watching cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighborhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance.
