- Deposit is one monthly rent to be paid at the check-in in Milan.

- One time agency fee: 185 euro PP that included cleaning of the room before the check-in, assistance during your stay, property maintenance. We will take care of you!
- Last two monthly rents must be paid in one shot time solution.
