L'appartamento è un delizioso e moderno loft trilocale dotato di tutti i confort che può ospitare fino a 4 persone.
Allingresso cè un soggiorno con un divano e angolo cottura attrezzato dove potrete preparare e consumare tutti i vostri pasti.
Con la scala a chiocciola si raggiunge:
al piano superiore una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale con adiacente un bagno dotato di servizi e doccia;
al piano inferiore una camera con un divano letto doppio e con adiacente un bagno dotato di servizi e doccia.
Nel servizio di pulizia iniziale obbligatorio è incluso un set letto e bagno.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Linquilino ha facoltà di recedere anticipatamente dal contratto con preavviso di 3 mesi da comunicarsi in forma scritta.

DOCUMENTAZIONE NECESSARIA

- La locazione ha natura transitoria e limmobile viene concesso per un periodo da 1 mese ad un massimo di 18 mesi per esigenze temporanee. La documentazione necessaria alla stesura e firma del contratto è la seguente:
o Motivo transitorietà: Contratto di lavoro, Lettera di accettazione dell'Università o simili
o Codice fiscale
o Carta d'identità/passaporto

DEPOSITO

il deposito cauzionale deve versato entro 48 h ore dell'arrivo sul conto corrente indicato nella mail di conferma.

The apartment is a delightful and modern three-room loft equipped with all comforts that can accommodate up to 4 people. Apartment not suitable for children.
At the entrance there is a living room with a sofa and an equipped kitchenette where you can prepare and eat all your meals.
With the spiral staircase you can reach:
upstairs a bedroom with a double bed with adjacent bathroom with toilet and shower;
on the lower floor a bedroom with a double sofa bed and an adjacent bathroom with toilet and shower.
A bed and bath set is included in the mandatory initial cleaning service

The apartment is located in the Navigli district and you will have all kinds of places to spend pleasant moments: pubs, restaurants, discopubs for aperitifs and shops of all kinds. You can also find supermarkets, department stores and not far away, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, a picturesque and cheap street market.
Just 3 minutes on foot there are stops for tram 2, buses 47 and 90 and bus Z553 which in 5 minutes takes you to the Romolo green line stop which connects the district to other areas of Milan.
The university centers are easily reachable: the famous Lulm University is only 1 km away, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart is 3 km away, and the State University of Milan is 4 km away.

Hospitals are also within easy reach: San Paolo di Milano hospital just 1.5 km away, IEO institute 7 km away.
In just 20 minutes you can reaches Piazza del Duomo, the place where today there are some of the most important monuments of Milan such as, in addition to the Duomo, the Royal Palace, the Galleria di Vittorio Emanuele II and the Archbishop's Palace. CANCELLATION POLICY
- The tenant has the right to terminate the contract early with 3 months' notice to be communicated in writing.

NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION

- The lease is of a transitory nature and the property is granted for a period of 1 month to a maximum of 18 months for temporary needs. The documentation necessary for the drafting and signing of the contract is as follows:
o Transitory reason: Employment contract, University acceptance letter or similar
o Tax code
o Identity card / passport

DEPOSIT

The security deposit must be paid within 48 hours of arrival to the current account indicated in the confirmation email.
