The studio features a mezzanine with a comfy semi-double bed, a small kitchenette with a washing machine, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, WIFI fast fiber, and you are free to make it your place to rent for an extra person pay E 45, no more than one for a maximum of ten days within a month, by communicating the extra request in advance.

The security deposit is 900 E

Some extra rules:
2) It is not allowed to bring animals.
3) Smoking is not allowed in the house or in the condominium area.
4) the rent is paid on the day of entry of the month.
5) Any question or request, I knock on the next door where I live.
6) The house must be left clean as it is delivered, otherwise the tenant implicitly agrees to the deduction of E 100 for cleaning.
