It is located in a quite residential building on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment faces the inner courtyard (hence no street noise).
1 private parking space for a city car + bike parking in the condo courtyard is included.

First bedroom features a private balcony, big wardrobe, a professional desk, a queen size bed (140cm), desk chair and an armchair. All bedding (pillow, sheets, blanket) is provided.

The check-in day:
1) pay 2 months of deposit
2) pay the administration fee
3) pay 1st month utilities

If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
