Located in the university district of Milan, Bright Terrace Apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Lambrate Metro and allows easy access to Piazza Duomo. The three private terraces give brightness to the rooms. It is the perfect apartment both for those who are in the city for tourism and for those who work and need all the conveniences and means of transport within reach.

The accommodation
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of an elegant building with a lift and ramp for the disabled. Divided over two levels, the accommodation has a living area consisting of two living rooms with access to the terrace, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. On the second level we find the sleeping area with a double bedroom, large wardrobes, a small terrace and a bathroom.

CHECK-IN: A member of our Welcome Staff will welcome you to the apartment to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. Please tell us your arrival time, otherwise you will have to wait a bit before entering. These are the available check-in times:

11am - 3pm = 30 supplement (based on availability *)
3pm - 8pm = free
8 pm- 10pm = 30 supplement
10pm - 1am = 50 supplement

* cleaning or other reservations may be in progress

Additional information:
- linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided
- required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union
- in the absence of the mentioned documents, 42 per month tourist tax will be charged per person
