This apartment is situated on the second floor without an elevator and offers 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room

The bedroom features a nice double bed, air conditioning, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a night stand. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen is elegantly designed, has all appliances and kitchenware as well as sun roof letting in lots of light. The bathroom features a sink shower, toilet and a bidet. The washing machine is also situated in the bathroom. Right off the kitchen there is a dining area with a full dining set where all your meals can be enjoyed. The cozy living room is fully furnished and also airconditioned.

The apartment is situated a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce. The neighborhood has various shops, restaurants/ cafe's, an historical landmark, and museums. Not too far from the property there are bus stops.

Please be advised that it is between 3 PM and 8 PM. Check-in is possible only if the apartment has been vacated by the previous tenant and has been cleaned.

Check-in after 8 PM is possible provided 48 hours in advance. There will be an additional charge of 30 for late check-in, payable in cash at the time of check-in.
