What really makes this flat special? Its incredible brightness and silence, perfect for enjoying quiet moments in the city. In addition, each window is fitted with mosquito nets.

We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to complete the AA4/8 form for the Italian Revenue Agency, which is essential for obtaining the necessary Tax Code for the stay.
This step is mandatory for contract registration purposes and must be completed before arrival please.

The costs for utilities (water, electricity, gas, waste tax and condominium) are the responsibility of the tenant for the period of stay.
Contract registration fees:

Damage deposit for the apartment: Euro 1.000
The amount is to be refunded after 30 working days, if all utilities are fully paid and no damage is found by our Staff.
