Superior Apartment – Mandatory Booking Periods 2025/2026:
To book a Superior apartment, one of the following fixed rental periods must be selected:
> 4 months — from 3 January to 30 April
> 7 months — from 1 January to 31 July
> 7 months — from 1 February to 31 July
> 8 months — from 1 January to 31 August
These minimum stay periods are mandatory and cannot be reduced or shortened.
