The kitchen is fully equipped with at least 2 burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, sink with dish rack, moka coffee maker, milk jug, corkscrew, cookware, colander, ladle, and complete tableware for each guest.
Located in a quiet residential area well connected to the city center by public transport, the neighborhood also offers supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and shops nearbymaking it a practical and comfortable base for exploring Milan.
CHECK-IN: A member of our Welcome Staff will welcome you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. Please tell us your arrival time, otherwise you will have to wait a bit before entering. These are the available check-in times:
11am - 3pm = 35 supplement (based on availability *)
3pm - 8 pm= free
8pm - 10pm = 30 supplement
10pm - 1am = 50 supplement
* cleaning or other bookings may be in progress
CHECK-OUT: You can leave the apartment by 11am when you are more comfortable, leave the keys on the table and close the entrance door behind you making sure it is well closed.
Additional information:
- linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided
- required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union
- in the absence of the mentioned documents, 42 per month tourist tax will be charged per person
