The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom with a large wardrobe and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, and toilet brush.
Located in a lively and safe neighborhood just steps from Città Studi, the area is full of restaurants, shops, and everyday services, with excellent public transport connections to the city center. Additional amenities include mattresses with sponge covers, pillows, hangers, a workspace suitable for laptop use, and cleaning essentials such as mop and broom for a practical and pleasant stay.
CHECK-IN: A member of our Welcome Staff will welcome you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you the accommodation. Please tell us your arrival time, otherwise you will have to wait a bit before entering. These are the available check-in times:
11am - 3pm = 35 supplement (based on availability *)
3pm - 8 pm= free
8pm - 10pm = 30 supplement
10pm - 1am = 50 supplement
* cleaning or other bookings may be in progress
CHECK-OUT: You can leave the apartment by 11am when you are more comfortable, leave the keys on the table and close the entrance door behind you making sure it is well closed.
Additional information:
- linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided
- required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union
- in the absence of the mentioned documents, 42 per month tourist tax will be charged per person
