This Tuscany stone villa is a private relaxing home. The casale is available in the summer and winter months , lots parking space and outdoor patio areas, ideal for smart working abroad with fast wifi through out the property. Pets are welcomed.
It has a total area of internal 339 square meters and a fenced private park around it of 13,000 sq metres . There are 5 bedroom(s), 5 bathroom(s). Sleeps Max 10 including children. 3 bedrooms with King Size beds , 2 bedrooms with small double beds and two single beds. Three patio areas , covered pergola .
During the summer the villa has lots of Trees and shaded areas as well as a large pool, jacuzzi in pool, barbecue area, outdoor tables.
In the autum and winter months it has central Heating and two wood burning fire places. Good mobile and wifi reception.
Guests are provided with bedlinen and towels for bathrooms and pool.
Extra cleaning and change linen €175 per session.
All charges are included in the monthly rent of €9,000 per month from 1 September to 30th May and €20,000 per month in June,July and August months.

Walking the Francigena path, hiking, biking the little borgos, on the hills , a visit to Carrara with the marble caves, Sarzana with beautiful churches, Shops and Restaurants, the area of Lunigiana is full of things to see and enjoy in all the seasons.
