Monthly rates:
• 1.300,00€ for monthly rent
• 150,00€ for building fees
• 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
• 100,00€ for one cleaning service per month;
Total of monthly cost: 1.800,00€
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.300€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.
IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
