Uphill from the Lake, recently built, it consists of a large living room, kitchen with dining area, two delightful covered balconies, three bedrooms all with lake view and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Exclusive use of a parking space.
The apartment is located in the attic of a house where on the ground floor there is another apartment (of the owners).
The attic has an independent entrance reachable with an external stone staircase next to the parking space.

The neighborhood is residential and quiet.
The house is in the municipality of Tremezzina, in the Belvedere district, a few minutes by car from the town centre, from Villa Carlotta, from Villa Balbianello and from the ferry dock for Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna and Como.
On foot it is 20 minutes (uphill, 15 downhill) from the lakefront and the beaches of Tremezzo.
A PET is welcome. Facilities are included: Wifi, new washing machine, new kitchen full equipped with Dish washer, oven, freezer, cooktop, fridge, centralized heating.
Built in 2014, the apartment has environmentally friendly maintenance: the roof and the floor are made of wood from sustainable forests.
