I letti sono nuovi e confortevoli. Il tutto completato da Wi-Fi, aria condizionata presente in tutte le camere e TV.

CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:
- È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto;
- Il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;
PAGAMENTI: Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €150.0) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento e il costo di registrazione del contratto di € 150.

DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE:
1) prenotazioni di durata 1-3 mesi: caparra pari a 1 mensilità di canone
2) prenotazioni di durata 3-6 mesi: caparra pari a 1.5 mensilità di canone
3) prenotazioni di durata 6+ mesi: caparra pari a 2 mensilità di canone

Located in one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of Milan, the apartment is located between Moscova and Brera where you will be able to find: bars, restaurants, clubs and stores.
Luxurious and bright apartment, on the ground floor, furnished with modern style consisting of: independent entrance, courtyard with table and chairs where you can have lunch.
Hall, kitchen equipped with all the main amenities, double bedroom and very spacious bathroom with shower.
Downstairs we find the second double bedroom with spacious bathroom including shower and another room dedicated to laundry.
The beds are new and comfortable. All complemented by Wi-Fi, air conditioning present in all rooms and TV.

RENTAL CONTRACT:
- It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Code in order to sign the rental contract;
- The rental contract must be signed before entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check in on time;
PAYMENTS: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to settle the security deposit, which we will refund 30 days after check-out and the cost of initial and final cleaning (mandatory cost starting at €150.0) which varies depending on the size of the apartment and the contract registration fee of €150.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
1) bookings of duration 1-3 months: deposit equal to 1 month's rent
2) reservations of duration 3-6 months: deposit equal to 1.5 monthly rent
3) reservations of duration 6+ months: deposit equal to 2 months' rent
