Ideal for long-term tourists and students who want to experience the heart of beautiful Florence. The flat consists of a cozy living room with a sofa bed, TV, and a modern, well-equipped kitchenette where you can easily prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bathroom with a shower and a little windows completes the flat. For long-term stays for study or work, we will provide you with a signed rental contract, registered with the Italian government, free of charge.

Your 1st rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 60 days before the contract start date or you'll get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 30 days.
