La pulizia dell'appartamento è compresa nel canone di locazione, verrà svolta ogni 2 settimane. L'agenzia di pulizie pulirà i pavimenti, le superfici e farà il cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. Nella pulizia non è previsto il lavaggio dei piatti - si richiede di non lasciare piatti sporchi nel lavandino prima della pulizia.

ITA: Il canone mensile è comprensivo di utenze e spese condominiali e i seguenti servizo: pulizie ogni 2 settimane, assistenza durante il soggiorno, reperibilità in caso di necessità, assistenza per interventi tecnici in caso di problemi all'immobile. ENG: The monthly rent includes utilities and condominium expenses, as well as the following services: cleaning every 2 weeks, assistance during the stay, on-call if needed, assistance for technical interventions in case of problems with the property.

Other Costs:
In addition to the rent (all utilities included), a monthly fee of €150 is required. This fee must be paid in advance for the duration of your stay, directly to the landlord (NOT via Spacest.com), together with the deposit, before check-in.

The monthly fee covers:

Contract registration
Regular maintenance services throughout your stay
24/7 emergency support
Waste disposal and recycling services
General upkeep of common areas
A final cleaning fee of €150 is also required at the end of your stay.
