The detailed costs are:
MONTHLY rates:
- RENTAL: 1.200€ / per month;
- UTILITIES (electricity, gas, water and WiFi): 250€ / per month;
- CONDOMINIUM FEES: 200€ / per month;
TOTAL: 1.650€ / per month.

ONE-OFF payments (to be made before check-in) :
- 1.200€ for Security Deposit; the deposit will be returned within 10 working days from check-out subject to apartment ispection;
- 170€ for Customer Care (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence and final cleaning.
- 200€ for final cleaning service

Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Spacest.com (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
