IL check- in verrà gestito da personale di fiducia che sarà disponibile anche per problemi tecnici e informazioni sull'alloggio.
Il check- in dopo le ore 20.00 ha un supplemento pari a € 25/gruppo a forfait da saldare al vs arrivo al sig. Nelson.
ANIMALI ammessi previa comunicazione: costo supplementare di € 25/forfaitr da pagare in contanti al sig. Nelson.
Costi Extra Soggiorno
Oltre al canone di locazione, sono previsti i seguenti costi:
- Deposito cauzionale, restituito a fine soggiorno in assenza di danni.
- Pulizia finale dell'alloggio: €150.
- Quota mensile di gestione: €150, che include:
• Supporto per ogni necessità.
• Registrazione del contratto presso l'Agenzia delle Entrate.
• Allestimento con biancheria da letto, da bagno e kit di accoglienza.
• Manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
• Assistenza 7/7 per emergenze.
Confermata la prenotazione, riceverete un'e-mail con il riepilogo e i contratti da firmare:
- Contratto Breve: Regola il pagamento fatto sulla piattaforma
- Contratto di Servizi : Definisce la gestione del soggiorno da parte del property manager.
- Contratto di Locazione Transitoria: Tra l'ospite ed il proprietario di casa.
Prima dell'accesso, sarà necessario:
- Firmare i contratti.
- Registrarsi al link ricevuto con i propri documenti.
- Versare gli importi richiesti
Nota Bene: Il codice fiscale (Tax Code) è obbligatorio per registrare il contratto transitorio e deve essere richiesto in Ambasciata o presso l'Agenzia delle Entrate entro 30 giorni dall'ingresso, per evitare sanzioni.

Just a few steps from the ski lifts and the city center, this charming mountain-style apartment captures the essence of the location and accommodates up to 5 guests (3 single beds in the bedroom + 2 single beds on a sofa bed in the living room).
Check-in will be managed in person by a trusted staff member who will be available for any technical issues or requests related to the accommodation.
Check-in time: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (free of charge).
Late check-in: After 8:00 PM, a €25 flat fee per group applies, to be paid in cash upon arrival to Mr. Nelson.
Pets are allowed upon prior notice, with a supplementary fee of €25, payable in cash to Mr. Nelson.
Extra Stay Costs
In addition to the rental fee, the following costs apply:
- Security deposit, refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damages occur.
- Final cleaning fee: €150.
- Monthly management fee: €150, which includes:
• Assistance for any needs.
• Contract registration with the Italian Revenue Agency.
• Provision of bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit.
• Routine and extraordinary maintenance.
• 7/7 emergency support.
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to be signed:
- Short-Term Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform.
- Service Contract: Defines the management of the stay by the Property Manager.
- Temporary Lease Agreement: Between the guest and the property owner.
Before check-in, the following is required:
- Signing the contracts.
- Registering via the provided link with your personal documents.
- Paying the required amounts.
Important Notice:
The Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) is mandatory for registering the temporary lease agreement and must be obtained at the Embassy or the Italian Revenue Agency within 30 days of arrival to avoid penalties.
Other Costs:
In addition to the rent (all utilities included), a monthly fee of €150 is required. This fee must be paid in advance for the duration of your stay, directly to the landlord (NOT via Spacest.com), together with the deposit, before check-in.
The monthly fee covers:
Contract registration
Regular maintenance services throughout your stay
24/7 emergency support
Waste disposal and recycling services
General upkeep of common areas
A final cleaning fee of €150 is also required at the end of your stay.
