The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, home-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request).

RELOCATION service
We can can support the tenants with the paperwork and bureaucracy needed in order to obtain the indentification number (codice fiscale), temporary residence, application for a VISA and much more. The service is optional.

LEGAL, BILLS, price. deposit
The agreement of lease is available in Italian and English language.
The bills can be paid either upon consumption of in a reach-out amount all inclusive.
The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent. The deposit shall be given back to the tenants after the lease. The Lessor is reasonable, always ready to understand and help the tenants.

The landlord can provide tenants with a car, a FIAT GRANDE PUNTO. The cost is additional and negotiable, and the service is optional.
