Please note that I am looking for a tenant who is  a student or a young professional: are respectful, reliable and who can prove to be able to cover rent costs. 
I prefer to rent it for long term.

Hitting is centralised and is include in the cost (Not hot water).
There is the possibility of parking in the courtyard.
Condominium costs are aprox. 100 euros per month - Excluded
Utilities (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi) - Excluded
Elevator - Can be used, depending on an agreement. Right now its not included in the price. 

Area is calm with many supermarkets, restaurants, gym and access to the public transport.
