Lovely flat with entrance hall, living room with a big balcony, kitchen with its balcony, and an independent part with: bedroom, bathroom and storage room wardrobe with washing machine. The bedroom could be alternatively with 2 single beds. At your disposal optionally your own garage or parking space. Smoking is allowed on the kitchen balcony. Lodging of strangers is not permitted. All behaviour of the tenant and any visitors must be civilly acceptable and within the limits of the building's administrative regulations. Our metro station Bisceglie is two bus stops away or 7 minutes walk and about 15 minutes from the Duomo metro station. By car we are 3-4 minutes from Tangenziale Ovest and the motorways. Next to our building there is a huge "Parco delle Cave" /see in Internet/ with 4 ponds, farmsteads, and lots of greenery for jogging, biking, dogs, horses and more.
