The Eden Apartment is located in the pedestrian-only area in the center of Florence, short walking distance to all of the city’s main attractions, restaurants and shopping. It is a light-filled, recently renovated apartment, 135 m2, on the 5th floor with lift, is furnished with period furniture and paintings, and has decorated ceramic and tile floors.
It consists of three bedrooms with double beds (or singles on request), a large entrance hall, large kitchen fully equipped for 5 people, (with stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and more). The full bathroom shower. The apartment also has a stereo system, TV, independent heating and air conditioning, and more. High speed internet connection upon request.
Compulsory weekly charge for bed and bathroom linen service - 15 euro per person. Final cleaning 85.
The utilities range from 3.6 to 9.5 euro a day depending on your use of air-conditioning, heating, water and electricity
