Fenced terrace around two sides of the building. The house comes with a garden (approx. 100m2 with olive and apricot trees). Private parking space. As the house is build on a tuffstone rock, a huge cave under the house is part of the property, and can be used for storage. 

SURROUNDINGS: The house is part of a group of three buildings, located about 200m from the village. The other houses are not permanently inhabited, so no noise from neigbors. The access road is paved, and ends at the house, no thru traffic. Given that the road starts at the village entry, burglars etc will not pass unnoticed, so safety is guaranteed even when the house stands empty. 

LOCATION: 
INFRASTRUCTURE - Supermarket, bakery, bar and pizzeria, and a pleasant outdoor pool, at the small town of Venarotta (5km distance). 
BEACHES - Unspoiled beaches near Pedaso and at the Sentina Nature Reserve (both approx. 40km)
SIGHTS - Plenty of medieval historic towns: Ripatransone (30km), Offida (35km), Amandola (20km), Montefalcone (20km), and, most important, Ascoli Piceno (13km), featuring the "most beautiful piazza in Italy". 
ACCESS: The remoteness of the Southern Marche region contributes to its authenticity  and preservation of traditions. The most convenient ways to reach our village are: 
-by car: A14 (Bologna-Bari), exit at Pedaso or Grottamare
-by air: Airports in Ancona (100km) and Pescara (90km), both served by Ryanair, ITA (Pescara) and Lufthansa (Ancona);
Rome (200km) 
-by rail: Highspeed trains (Milano-Bari line) call at San Benedetto del Tronto (50km).
