Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Tenants are required to respect quiet hours and follow all rules of peaceful cohabitation within the condominium. The neighborhood is charming, lush, safe, and quiet. There are plenty of local restaurants and services in the area. The house is in front of Quattro Venti train line, well connected to John Cabot.University, Gemelli, San Filippo Neri, Ostiense, Trastevere, Vatican City and Gianicolo. The host will be available for any question or need during your stay! Towels and Bed linen are included. At home you will have internet, clima, heater and washing machine. All charges are included.
