RENTAL TERMS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a maximum of 100€. In case of excess, extras will be deducted from the security deposit. Details will be specified on the rental contract; the costs of the condominium expenses, Wi-Fi, water, and contract fees are included in the monthly fee;

Early termination: after at least one month, you can cancel with a notice of at least 30 days from the last date of release of the property; We apply a daily contract: the monthly fee is calculated on the exact days and on the basis of 30 days: for example, December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc. ...; Check-in and check-out times will be communicated once the reservation is finalized.

RENTAL CONTRACT: It is compulsory to have a valid Fiscal Code in order to sign the rental contract; the rental contract must be signed before entering the flat, otherwise we will not be able to check in at the agreed time;
The cost of initial and final cleaning (compulsory cost starting from €150.0) which varies depending on the size of the flat.

DEPOSIT:
1) booking of 1-3 months: 1 month rent
2) booking of 3-6 months: 1.5 month rent
3) booking of 6+ months: 2 months rent

[Cancellation Policy]
Your 1st rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 60 days before the contract start date or you'll get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 30 days.
