Comprises a furnished kitchen with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower and window; on the upper floor, a double bedroom with a laundry room and a storage closet. Air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, wood-burning stove.
We accept students for a maximum of 1 year with the necessary guarantees, or employees on assignment. This is a non-smoking apartment (there’s a terrace for that); pets are allowed with some restrictions. Condominium fees and other expenses are separate.
